Let us take you through history while being immersed in nature!
In this this tour we will explore history and nature through kayak experience.
We will take you to the little islands in front of Lumbarda to explore old limestone quarries and a monastery.
Our first stop will be a small Island called Vrnik with old quarries dating from Antiquity to later ones in 20th century. Numerous buildings and art pieces in Korčula and nearby Dubrovnik were made from stone from Vrnik.
Our next stop will be an old Franciscan monastery on island Badija which had a turbulent past but managed to keep it`s beauty.
We will also have two stops on small islands called Sutvara and Planjak both with amazing pebble stone beaches. We will have time to relax and have a swim. This stop is also reserved for a coffee or tea break with a homemade pastry called “Klašun” only to be eaten on Korčula Island.
